    Routines based on syllabus steps with popular variations. Solid foundation in basic syllabus helpful.

  • Salsa Music

    Choreography can be danced to any salsa song. Practice music is included in the course.

  • Any Direction

    Choreography is designed to be danced in any direction, and can be used in social dance settings.

  • No Styling

    Demonstrations do not include any styling. Put your own personality and story into the routines to make it unique.

Practice Checklist

Easy Steps to get the most out of this Course.

  • Create plenty of dance space for practice. Clear obstacles - safety first :)

  • Allocate time for learning and practice. Try to reduce distrations.

  • Use the largest screen possible to see details. A tv or computer monitor is better than a phone screen.

  • Watch the demonstrations multiple times and in slow motion.

  • Practice Practice Practice.
